I graduated with a BA Hons in French Studies from Portsmouth Polytechnic (as it was in those days!). My knowledge of French opened up many doors to me and I literally stumbled into the hands of one of Britain’s number one telephone training companies. After some ‘army-like’ training, I became one of their team leaders and worked in France for awhile. On my return I quickly found a number of extremely good Sales positions in the city. I have always loved being on the phone talking to customers and delivering the best service possible. My number one hate is BAD telephone manner and my number two hate is poor service!

I first encountered Keith when he called me as a customer for historical data while I was working for one of the big data providers in London (some of you out there may remember me as Binaifer Vakil). We chatted endlessly about the strategy that he had developed and quickly came to realise that Keith truly had a passion for what he was developing and I knew it had great potential. I and my Boss at the time invited Keith to come and meet us and encouraged him to write his first book. I then joined Keith and our smaller team at the time working from home to promote Keith’s strategy. I took a 7 year break from work to have 3 wonderful children but here I am again with Keith and the team!

I believe so strongly in Keith and what he has achieved and really enjoy working with the team that when they asked me to join them again this year I could not say no.

I spent the first ten years of my working life travelling all over the world working for blue-chip companies at major Aerospace and Defence shows and major television events. Our client list at these events included NASA, Boeing, Airbus, British Aerospace, Martin Marietta and Hughes Corporation on the defence side; MGM, BBC Enterprises, Warner Brothers, NBC, HBO, Carlton TV, Granada and Saban Entertainment (Power Rangers!) on the TV and film side.

I then grew tired of living out of a suitcase for 9-10 months of the year, and in 1994 I started my own company working from home, selling GPS, GSM, and PDA units to industry and the general public, achieving sales of £1M p.a. prior to "retiring" in 2003.

Having known Keith since 1996, and having traded "on and off" for years, I decided to concentrate further on trading, and also joined the TESS Support Team.

I often find that teaching and helping other traders is often as rewarding as trading itself.

Lecturer in Civil Engineering. I traded for a year using Ken Roberts approach, and any information I could find from books to expand my knowledge of trading. I sent away for DTTP and when I read it, it all fell into place.

I did a One To One with a support team member, and was convinced that this was the way I wanted to earn my living. I gave up my job, and paper traded for 11 months. Remember that TESS was not around, and there was no training mode. I had to wait for each new day of data for paper trading. After 11 months I had done enough trades to ensure that the element of luck was eliminated, and was convinced of my potential success with real money. I have NEVER regretted doing it, and only wish I had done it earlier.

I am a Chartered Accountant that became fascinated by the concept of being able to buy and sell commodities. Imagine at a party the conversation among friends being “I am short Gold or long Feeder Cattle.”I had been trading shares before this, and like most individuals had lost money when the stock market bubble burst.

I then decided to look for an alternative investment. I bought a copy of Keith Cotterill’s manual in 2001 “Don’t Tell The Professionals” and read the entire manual the day it arrived. My hunger for knowledge led me to buy “The Ultimate Trading Edge” by the same author. I bought TESS in 2002 and the money I made within a few trades paid for this invaluable investment. I have had several one to one tuitions with Keith and it has been money well spent.

Every year Keith introduces a new trading concept as he strives to help us compete with the professionals.In December 2005, I read Keith’s new book “The Ultimate Trading Secret” It was really awesome. I have learnt the power of Implied Volatility in Futures Trading and much more. I am currently doing a Ph.D in Commodities Trading and have asked Keith permission to extract material from it.

Trading Futures can be risky but also very rewarding. I have learnt that if you have the necessary knowledge and tools you can minimize the risk and trade like the professionals. I suggest to anyone considering Futures Trading please read Keith’s new book and invest in TESS. The potential return on investment will wish you had started trading Futures earlier!

I graduated from Southampton University with a Degree in Civil Engineering. I followed the Engineering profession for about ten years before the urge to find 'a better way' took hold.

I met Keith in May 1995 following a recommendation from another business colleague. Interested in the idea of trading the markets I booked in for a days training to find out all about it.

Very excited about the prospects I returned home to soon find myself writing computer programs to carry out some of the work that Keith had talked about. These small computer programs soon turned into software that could be used by others. The software has grown and grown over the years taking on board the ideas and inspiration of Keith's Trading Strategy, to form what we now know as TESS.

Keith has been involved in the financial and commodity markets since 1991. During this time Keith has personally taught 1000's of traders in his private One To One tuition's. He's also written articles for main stream publications, and was asked to speak at the Futures Magazine conference in Florida in 1998. Following this appearance, he was immediately signed up by the US publisher Tradewins.
